Reborn

Consider the site reborn. After nearly a decade hiatus, let's see if we can get this old engine purring again. This time the site is being built statically with Nikola, exists as a github repo and is being served on github pages. Still need to edit some of the old posts for correctness and need to develop the theme more, but consider this a new beginning.
